"Hotel had only 25 to 30 guests out of a capacity of 200 plus. Potentially a lovely place- near good walks and beach, nice grounds and rooms and good gym. But..... The spa which they are still advertising is unusuable €26 to play tennis !! The only vegetarian option at dinner, mushroom ravioli, contained meat ! No vegetarian option at all on 2nd night so we had to eat pasta and tomato sauce Laura was the only saviour as she put on a yoga class and tried to enthuse the small number of guests....

"This hotel was pretty good. Room was clean and spacious. Outside the room looked very clean as well. We only stayed 3 nights but had a good stay. The food is typical of what spanish hotels offer, though there are 4 sessions so you cannot go hungry. Wine and beer available in there and you can eat outside. 2 bars outside the food room,but only 1 open at a time. The downside on this is the lager froths out so you only get a small glass each time. "We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. "Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. "It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."

"Lovely hotel. All areas very clean. Landscaping was great, lots of cacti. Massive choice of food for all meals although as others have said it is not very hot. Lovely 5 night stay, heated pool JUST warm enough

"Very nice 5 night stay. The heated pool was however not quite as warm as we hoped; I believe it was set at 24 degrees which when windy (which it often is in Fuerteventura!) isn't particularly warm; it's okay if you keep very active but we got cold splashing around with our child. For comparison, went to another place (in Marrakesh) where the pool was 30 (though that is very warm!). Large choice buffet & great quality but they need more coffee machines at breakfast, queues were ridiculous. AI was pretty good, included a few cocktails too. Fairly eco friendly with the reusable plastic cups but no recycling options/bins in room or around. Some areas could do with touching up (the large skip with old trees in wasn't very attractive)."
