"This hotel was very spacious, modern and peaceful. Room was comfortable and tasteful. Bed was huge and nice bathroom. Was cleaned every day if required. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well kept. Most guests were older couples, mainly German, which meant it was nice and quiet with no loud drunk Brits if you know what I mean 😉. "It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."

"We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. The ocean biew was nice, but the sun was very intense on the balcony for the first half of the day so it was hard to enjoy for too long. This resort has just one restaurant- the buffet. There is a limited menu of food at the bowling bar, but we found the food options very limited. At the Iberostar where we stay in Mexico, there are 5 restaurants to choose from, so having just the buffet for dinner was pretty...

"Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step...
