"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue we encountered was with the ironing board. It was not in good condition and kept collapsing when any pressure was applied to the board. I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. "Kate at the front desk was very helpful. Our daughter was staying in one of your rooms for a conference. Coincidentally this is the hotel we booked one extra night in so the kids could fly out on Monday. Cate allowed our daughter to stay in the room, she was already in and our two older boys who were Staying at a different hotel for the same event we able to just move into her room for the night so they could all be together and they didn’t have to change rooms."
