"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

"Výborné místo. K věži to je 20 min pěsky, na nádraží 3 min. Přátelský personál, který ale nemluví anglicky. Všude špína. Na pokojích neutřený prach. Za tři dny nebyly uklizeny společné prostory. Wc a koupelny. Za ty peníze se dá pořídit i lepší ubytovani, kde to bude sice dál k památkám, ale všude se dá dojet autobusem za 1,5eur..."

One problem was that all the sockets except one were Italian, rather than European, and the fridge, kettle and my laptop all needed the European socket! The breakfast service was atrocious. The worst I have ever had anywhere. It took over 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. On my last morning I had finished my breakfast before the pot of tea arrived, so I did not have time to drink it.
