"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

"Hotel is CLOSED. Hotels.com did not notify us of this. They keep trying to contact the hotel to issue us a refund, but they don’t seem to realize that the hotel is CLOSED and their number has been disconnected. There are other reviews on this and other sites that can back this up."

"Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof garden was nice, the restaurant was not open the night we went so it was very dark and no seating available unless you went down a floor, still dark and small but quaint. The bar area was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy as well. We struggled with the shower some trying not to get water outside the tub, but great water pressure. It was a beer calm, quiet visit. We were told this was the slow...

"Didn’t see or speak to any staff at the hotel. Key was on the bench at reception when we arrived. Room was nice and clean. You could hear other people talking and walking down the halls. Very affordable. Good location. (: "
