"Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof garden was nice, the restaurant was not open the night we went so it was very dark and no seating available unless you went down a floor, still dark and small but quaint. The bar area was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy as well. We struggled with the shower some trying not to get water outside the tub, but great water pressure. "We stayed here overnight on our way to southern Italy. The hotel was excellent, staff were exceptional. Very dog friendly we were on 7th floor with a seaview which was an added bonus. The hotel layout was good swimming pool and patio were nicely laid out. The area of Pisa maritime was very disappointing all lidos couldn't even see the sea from the road. If we were going to Pisa town itself or surrounding area would stay again but would not recommend the area for beach-type holidays. As we...

"Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins."
