"The hotel location is great for going around in town. It is within about 15 minutes from all attractions and the train station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Our room was facing the river and it offered a great view in the morning and evening. "A little past it's glorious heyday but decent all the same. We had a decent sized room, it was a family room. Parking difficult, due to most of Pisa being closed to traffic at night, unless you pay 25 euros for the private garage when I think you have an exemption to drive to the hotel. Heating system seemed to be stuck on heat in our room and also my sister's room! Comfortable beds (our bed was HUGE!), nice towels, decent pillows. Lacking in electrical sockets. "We stayed here overnight on our way to southern Italy. The hotel was excellent, staff were exceptional. Very dog friendly we were on 7th floor with a seaview which was an added bonus. The hotel layout was good swimming pool and patio were nicely laid out. The area of Pisa maritime was very disappointing all lidos couldn't even see the sea from the road. If we were going to Pisa town itself or surrounding area would stay again but would not recommend the area for beach-type holidays. As we...

"Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins."

"We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. "

"Fantastic stay. Hotel was in a great location and within a few minutes walk from the leaning tower of Pisa. Clean and quaint, the hotel was perfect for what we required (a bed to lay our heads!) Lots of restaurants nearby and a small shop too. Would definitely stay again."
