"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. "I stayed in a comfortable duplex room with huge windows (nice view). Service and breakfast is ok. Location is downtown near to almost everything, but Curitiba is not safe at night. It's just one block from XV Street (Flowers St.) and very easy to take a bus (lots of bus stations nearby)."

"O estudio é exatamente como nas fotos, bem completo inclusive a cozinha que tem todos os utensílios que necessita, e estava tudo bem limpo. A acústica do prédio é muito boa pois fica em uma avenida, mas para dormir é bem silêncioso. Vi alguma reclamações em relação ao acesso no edifício e nos quartos, mas fiz o check in com antecedência e não tive qualquer problema em relação a isso, achei até bem simples. E a localização é ótima. "

"O apartamento é muito limpo e organizado. O espaço é mínimo porque é todo mobiliado com armários e a cama é quenn. É claro e arejado. O problema é o colchão que é absurdamente duro. Tentamos girar e ficou pior. Tivemos que colocar 2 edredons sob o lençol e ainda assim não conseguimos dormir. Tábua literalmente. Sugestão de colocar um suporte para shampoo e sabonete no box porque deixar no chão é ruim. E uma tostadeira. Se não fosse o colchão seria excelente. "

"Overall I like this place and would stay again. It's clean, fairly quiet, and my stay was comfortable. I will say though that I'm not a big fan of the fully automated system without anyone to help in person. The employee was always happy to help me on whatsapp, the service was the best it can be, but if I didn't have internet before I arrived, I would have had a big problem. Again, I was still satisfied with the stay though and would stay again."

"I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress."
