I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.
It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Péssimo estado de conservação e limpeza
Vista bonita, ficamos no quarto 406, próximo de tudo, padaria, farmacias, restaurante, Rua 24 hrs (que não funciona 24 hrs), Mercado Municipal em frente a Praça (que só descobrimos andando), colchão ruim com "buraco" no meio, tivemos que dormir nas extremidades, banheiro em péssimo estado de conservação. Atendentes não prestaram um bom atendimento, nós estavamos com meus pais idosos e elas não deram informações corretas. Descobrimos "andando" que tinha uma padaria 24hrs, há 02 quadras dali...e só descobrimos que tinha uma frutaria bem próximo na praça em frente, no Mercado Municipal, quando tinhamos andado muito já...

Não tiraram o lixo e não lavaram o banheiro, precisei reclamar para que esse serviço fosse executado O Estacionamento não estava funcionando, estava em manutenção, e não foi informado antes. Era um fator importante para mim. As roupas de cama e banho limpas a localização é ótima

Péssima, pior hotel que já fiquei. Não tem nada a ver com a foto. O banheiro de chão encardido, fui redirecionado pra um quarto que nem o lixo tinham tirado. Limpeza pessima, cama mole, o chuveiro precisa ser limpo de tanta sugeira acumulada. Não existe esse edredom da foto e nem esse quarto e olha que pedi pra procurarem. A única coisa boa foi o atendimento das duas atendentes, do resto, não voltarei
