Overall...meh

Upon arrival I was instructed to go over 12th floor for a private check in as we were staying in a suite. Even with check in desk downstairs empty, we had to wait as there was only 1 front desk for the Premier area. After the check in process was done, the room was not ready as it was not clear by supervision (check in time after 4PM). The room had a couple of issues which I already addressed with the hotel (leaking water in the fridge tray), problems with the water drainage in the shower that overflowed and spilled to the bathroom. Breakfast is amazing, and the service at their Kibo restaurant is top.

Um hotel muito bem estruturado, com restaurantes de qualidade, chegamos no sábado e já apreciamos uma feijoada maravilhosa e de cortesia uma caipirinha muito bem preparada, os garçons e o gerente do restaurante são muitos educados, simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto confortável, assim que estacionamos de frente ao hotel já tinham manobristas a disposição para guardar o nosso carro, manobristas gentis e educados. O café da manhã é de excelência, tanto nas muitas variedades para se deliciar quanto nas equipes de funcionários para ti servir... Estão todos de parabéns!

O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram estava vazando o ar condicionado, fomos direcionados para outro quarto que não era cama de casal, pedimos para trocar pq foi pago cama queen. O quarto que deram para meus amigos estava com mofo nas cortinas e um cheiro muito forte no quarto, precisaram trocar tb.

Único ponto negativo foi a piscina , "climatizada" segundo o hotel. Gostaria de ter um termômetro, pois já tive em vários hotéis com piscina aquecida e tenho certeza que estava em temperatura natural como seria qualquer piscina externa. Fria, embora tivessem algumas saídas de água quente insuficientes para alterar a temperatura da piscina. No mais tudo muito bom, café. quarto e atendimento!!!
