"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this...

"Only 10 minute walk from bus and train station, staff very friendly and helpful. Dated decor compared to other hotels but very clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh, only complaint would be no orange juice, but the pineapple juice was good. we would not hesitate to book again if we went back to Bergamo. "

"It was a lovely hotel, stunning views and great customer service but the food portions were wayyyyyy too small like I went back to my room and had to eat chips as I was still starved. I’ll be back for sure though! "
