"Great hotel. Had the unfortunate incident where hotel staff allowed a group of young men to play their boom box at the pool and later at the pool side restaurant. Very unfortunate as it put a damper on an otherwise wonderful time. Shame on you management!"

"Got a free upgrade when i arrived, good and smooth check-in, room was spacious and comfortable, good and convenient location of the hotel. Breakfast was in a great and spacious room, with open roof, but choice and quality of food were a bit disappointing, pre-prepared tea in a coffee can with coffee taste, extremely sweet orange juice (and not fresh) and fruit was a bit off. Otherwise, i had a pleasant short stay."

"It was hard at first. We got put in a room with no windows, despite the listing saying there were black out blinds and pictures of rooms with windows. We then got moved to a room with windows but also with black mould across the ceiling. We went through the errors in the listing with reception who refused to acknowledge their error, blaming the website for making the listing. Finally got moved to a decent room when hotels.com rang to ask for our nights to be refunded as it was not as...

"it is located within a couple minutes walk to the bars and entertainment areas but is located on a quiet street close to the river. The rooms are large and if you get a balcony view the noise level is actually quite low to the outside street."

"The King Grand Boutique Hotel delivers well, at what i think was a good price for the city centre location, it is clean and tidy. My room was not the largest but it was fully functional and as in the city it was all I needed. The staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast offered all you could want and the staff prepping the food and those serving were exceptional. Recommended. "

"Hotels are located in Riverside, and there are cafes and restaurants around here.very convinient.I couldn't find any hotel man, so I needed to carry my luggage up to the upper floor.The Amenity was getting worse.It was better before."
