"The hotel management and customer service is very very bad, irresponsible. The deluxe room I book didn’t get it instead they want to give me the moldy smelly room that no customers want. I paid in full amount price $440 and since I don’t take the smelly room and want a refund back they only refund me back $238 because I used their service good thing I went on line and canceled my room on my own and get a refund $385 back. I will never return to this hotel and don’t recommend to anyone.😣😣😣"

"Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality."

"I have stayed here before a couple of times over the past 3 years. It is a very reasonable price. The staff are very nice. It just has a few things that keep it from a higher score. One really weird thing is that they have wired in the in room ref to the power circuit for the room. If you pull your key, you turn off the ref. Secondly, I would not recommend the cafe as often the food is just warmed up and if it is not the breakfast meal, then plan on waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes even...
