"Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and was close to the city centre. Breakfast was average, a good selection but as it was buffet style its hit and miss. Room was spacious, shower had good pressure but the shower door was not the best and the water was spraying out on the bathroom floor. Bed was a good size but the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were not the softest too. Overall we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again. "

"I have just stayed at the Queensgate Hotel on a business trip. The staff were superb from check in to leaving. The hotel was very clean. I was using a function room for the purpose of my travel. The staff set the room up after asking my requirements and were very accommodating to any needs of the delegates attending the training. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite as were the front of house staff and anyone that worked at the property including the Manager. Nothing was too much...
