The rooms near the lift lobbies are extremely noisy as the constant traffic means frequent buzzing of the doors as well as loud human chatter which starts as early as 6am. The reservation manager ignores requests for rooms away from the lift lobby. They don't reply to messages. The rooms are old and require maintainence. For our most current trip in room 814, the sink was clogged up and the toilet seat was...

"Very nice, clean refurbished rooms with great bathrooms. Car parking is available on site. The pool area is small but clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is nice. Would be even better if signage was clearer in the reception. Some refurbishment is ongoing but this only seemed to impact the lifts sometimes. "

"We enjoyed staying in the spacious room with a good view. The best part is the walkway from hotel to the Mutiara Damansara Metro station which is the Metro leading to Central station and all the major shopping centres We loved swimming in the infinity pool and watching the views from there. "

"The staff in this hotel are friendly and very accommodating. It is in a very good location, easy access to the mall and plenty of good restaurants around, no need to travel far for shopping. The summing pool is average, everything else is great. "
