"Luxury, elegantly designed property. Upper level receiption gave us relaxing and exclusive check in experience. MR ARUN served professionally, super friendly and thoughtful. He had our breakfast packed as we were catching a super early flight the next day. Appreciate him very much! The room is spacious and well- maintained, washroom is luxury, bed is comfortable. 360 degree city view rooftop swimming pool and bar is perfect for chilling out. Better to book directly from their website than Expedia because Expedia doesn't let you choose between all-glass bathroom (can see toilet!!!) vs half/full frosted glass. "Was disappointed that the rooms were pretty run down. Our room has torn carpet and smell of damp carpet. The floor near door which i believed to be above the AC outlet for the room below was causing condensation. Thus, pretty slippery. Minimjm amenities. "We stayed in a Family room here & it was a good one. Clean room, friendly staff, Daily water bottles provided, Electric Kettle & comfortable beds. Location wise hotel is easily accessible from Kelana Jaya LRT station & Also lots of places to eat as well as shop around (Paradigm mall & Giant Hypermarket) Only issue in the Hotel is weak WiFi Signal inside the room.
