We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm). Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen.
