"Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment suite was comfortable and big. Bed mattress not the most comfortable, a bit too firm for me. Good breakfast although limited choice to either full American type breakfast or Thai. Both were great though. Housekeeping service was good, my room was clened daily, 2 bottles of water added daily. Discreetness upon entry/exit into premises and also location of dining area/bar area not great as this is located righr within the paradise plaza so something to bear...

"I like the general area and the amenities offered at The Baycliff Residence however there is a large difference in room quality and we stayed in an older front area this time but I will and suggest to go back to the rear next time. "

"Blood on the pillow and sweat stains inside. Two pillows for three people and they'll charge more for extra. (Eventually gave us one). Make-up on the covers and other foreign marks spread over the sheets. Too far out from the beach / 200 Baht taxi ride away each way. Pool is tiny and almost constantly in the shade. Perfect for single blokes or young couples, or old men who want the more dingy areas / bars. Not good for families at all and they will charge you for absolutely anything and...
