After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023! "

"Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på vej til Berlin. Vi ankom 2 min efter personalet var gået, men så hang der et telefonnummer på døren, som vi skulle ringe til. En venlig mand guidede os til en nøgleboks, hvor vores værelsesnøgle lå, og derefter kunne han via overvågningskameraer guide os rundt om bygningen og frem til vores værelse.
