"My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. "We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

Malena Hotel & Suites - Adults Only by Omilos Hotels

"The property is more like a small village complex than a hotel, with pathways linking the apartments to the main areas, bar, pool etc. It is so tranquil, a really lovely place to stay. The beach is a few minutes away, but we mostly stayed around the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and multilingual. The food was excellent and I’d recommend the buffet breakfast, it really set me up for the day. "

Lovely hotel - Wondeful reception staff

"Check in was really good, two staff members were very helpful, cheery and smiled. Rooms are very clean, beds are amazing, lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent and great to be able to take breakfast at 7am before leaving for Port. Staff helpful with travel questions and arranging taxi. Also helped with laundry cleaning and providing the service for cheap €12. Amazing staff member on check out, same as check in, greeted with a smile and very helpful arranging a taxi to Port. "

"This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "strip" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. Breakfast was very good with excellent continental as well as eggs and bacon options. Many types of pastries, breads and fruits were available as well as cerials, cheeses and lunch meats. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day out. Only thing I could suggest to improve the pool bar menu to include more snack options for people who want to eat a quick meal at that facility. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel as a base from which to explore the rest of Crete. A "
