"The hotel and the rooms were just beautiful. I loved the decorating sensibility and the spaciousness. The only issue was getting the internet to work for the streaming services on the tv. I called the desk but no one answered. The desk person should probably carry a cell with him if he can't be at the desk!"

"The elevator was out of service and when I asked if I could get a complimentary water for having to walk the stairs the front desk staff said they didn’t have any. Poorly managed if you can’t provide water to your customers due to the inconvenience. Also door dead bolt was broke. "
