"This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. "The room was great! Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Only complaint about the room was the shower had drain issues, very slow to drain. Shower pressure was amazing! Steaks at the Texan steakhouse were overpriced, typical tourist trap. On this trip weve eaten at multiple steakhouses, this was the worst. Rolls were great though. Will stay at this hotel again. "
