The rooms however were a bit outdated, we could see that the furniture was there for some years. "This hotel is in the Center of Casco Viejo. You can easily walk around this area. Front desk is very helpful and kind. Most of the staff spoke good English. The room was standard, but needed a comfortable chair to lounge .Beds were comfy. Coffee is the room did not have sugar or cream. You.had to special order these. Hotel food was okay,but not worth the price. Lots of really good,less expensive places close to hotel. Location and staff were wonderful!"

"Our room view from room 2207 was spectacular the most beautiful view in Panama because you get a view of everything. The food was delicious and the wait for room service was not long compared to some hotel it was within 20min. We love the Hilton and will definitely be back. The only issue I had was with the elevators because nobody told us we need to switch elevators to get to certain areas of the hotel and we kept going up and down and couldn’t get out of the elevator. " We were so confused trying to find the location based on the map... it's a little bit hidden. We couldn't believe the view! the windows in this hotel rooms are amazing. They had very nice staff we had a nice drink in the bar but we couldn't figure out the dinner option there so we went to Market. I would stay here again.my room was clean and the bathroom was great, best shower I had on my whole vacation."
