"The stay was great, the house was good and a great location, however I was disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the place. At this price level I would have expected and hoped for more. It didn’t spoil our stay, but little things like no smart speakers, poor condition of furnishings, poor internet and very dirty windows could have made our stay much better."

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "My stay at Expansive Mountain Gem was overall pleasant, comfortable, and met my expectations. The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. "When we arrived, the house is very cold. We turned on the air conditioner, it need about 6-8 hours to make the house warm, so my husband caught a cold. The room with three beds apparently is attic, its bedside lamp doesn’t work and the sockets have no power, no air conditioner in that room. Kitchen looks dirty. Really a horrible experience. Will not choose this house anymore."
