"The Valets need to get off their phones and communicate with their Guests. I was not offered any assistance with a luggage cart until I had already filled it. The lanai is due for a power wash. Replace the the warped baseboards. The pool and Spa are in dire need of re-plastering. Otherwise, pay the extra and get an Oceanfront Room! The views are breathtaking. The Front Desk Staff is very courteous and the Maids were very attentive. The staff at the Driftwood Restaurant were also terrific. ...

"The most uncomfortable bed ever- had to leave in the middle of the night. Rooms on the first floor are actually underground and smell of must and mold. No sunlight enters down there either. Very disappointed."
