"Itā€™s a beautiful place, safe, clean and convenient. The Spa was unavailable, there were issues with the TV malfunction, that did not get fixed after calling the tech twice, lamp was broken. The chai cafe, was nice but 70 percent of the time the tea was served just warm. Ordered fries that were totally cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Inspite of some downsides we will stay here again. "

"We booked this hotel for last minute stay when our luggage was delayed by the airlines. We had half board package with breakfast and dinner included. It was convenient. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast was super attentive and made our experience memorable. They provided choices with freshly made food. We would stay here again. "

"The staff works very hard to keep the property clean and tries to accommodate the needs and requests of guests. The murals in the rooms and public areas were charming. I cannot say enough good about staff member Gopal. He was so kind and helpful. The price of a nice room was very reasonable. This will be my ā€œgo toā€ in Delhi. And, Cafe Festa right across the street was great."

"Stunning hotel with big clean rooms. The common areas are slightly dowdy but the rooms are gorgeous. The food was tasty and staff are very friendly. Itā€™s a little out of the main part of Delhi which is actually a bonus. The only issue I had was the wifi was terrible. There is a wifi you can pay for that is supposed to be better but I would have hoped that regular wifi was at least manageable. My phone was faster than their wifi. Needs addressing. "
