"Great job"

"Hotel was very clean, modern and great sized rooms. Great selection of hot and cold foods in breakfast buffet. Only downside was the pool which could only be used by families between 2 and 3.30pm which is no good if you are out skiing. Use of pool in early mornings and up to 6pm in afternoon/evening would be better for families with young children."

"Next to a university but wasn't noisy. Area was pleasant with great view of mountains and the waterfall. Some good bistros nearby and walkable to town about 25mins."

"Lido Palace is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. It has wonderful views and it’s very close to town yet is a private haven. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the terrace is a perfect start to the day."

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. Swimming pool is lovely but not alll the water features worked. Overall a lovely hotel and really recommend "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. "This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme. Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable "

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team.
