"Nothing stands out about this property. It is plain but functional. It is an old commercial building that has been converted into a number of individual rooms, all on the second floor. It is a facility that clearly has been converted and is still in the process of updating and conversion. There is a single, large common room (lobby) on which all the bedrooms face. "At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move.
