"Quiet room and tasteful-unique style-shower was Excellent-hot water on demand and wonderful rainfall shower with plenty of pressure-Bed very comfortable-make sure to make reservations ahead of time when planning a stay if planning dinner in one of the restaurants on-site-easy in/out access with accessible parking-easy pleasant check-in/out service-winter so didn't get to experience area around the property or pool being seasonal outdoor-plenty to keep busy with pubs/music/gaming and other indoor things to do-Definitely more of an adult geared community with little to nothing for kids within the MGM beyond bowling that I noticed and if pool season. Would return for sure"

"Nice place to stay. Several good eateries and other shopping within a few miles, not far from Holyoke mall (one of the areas largest). Minutes from the Big "E" (Eastern States Exposition) grounds. Only real complaint: the room's two rolling desk chairs are extremely uncomfortable for sitting more than a few minutes at a time."
