Staff were friendly. The resort location was very nice. The beach was quiet, calm and very nice. We liked the hammocks in the water. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs in the pool. The pool was as also very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants. You have to reserve on the hotel app same day or before and it was well worth it. We also liked the free pirate boat road. This is a nice play to stay with family with small children.

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and there was always something fun to do. My kids and I had a blast- there were great activities during the day and a different show every night that kept us entertained. My room had plastic stuck in the sheets, which made it feel like they hadn’t been properly cleaned before I arrived. The food was also disappointing—I honestly ended up eating just pineapple the entire time. I tried a few dishes, but nothing really met expectations.

The staff was great very helpful, however I felt at times particularly after check in they where not very accommodating to our needs after traveling all night and our kids were very tired and falling asleep while they where trying to make a sale and trying to get us to join some sort of time share crap. The staff after that was great. I would definitely recommend and go back any time.
