Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It was perfect for our visit to the area for Smith College's parent weekend (I waited too long to make lodging reservations and couldn't get anything closer to Northampton). There was minimal storage for clothing (i.e., no dresser) but that wasn't an issue for just a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Our TV wouldn't work, which wasn't a huge deal, but the staff was on it. They came right to the room to check it, and were very apologetic and accommodating in making up for it. Customer service is outstanding here!

I loved the modern feel. Good breakfast options. The only downside is that there really isn't a lot of space to store your clothing but that was the only issue I had. The staff was great and everything was clean.

Was bumped two hours before check-in to a hotel that was in the middle of downtown. Wanted to stay in the outskirts of town specificall. Although they did take care of my stay at the other hotel. I just don’t understand how it comes down to two hours before check-in, I could see the day before to give you time to react. in life worked in the hotel industry so … And I was a pre-pay and still got bumped.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms were nice size and bathroom were spotless. Hotel was probably renovated because was very modern in the lobby and room. Right off the highway, quiet and clean. Price point compared to others was excellent
