"Great location for doctor’s appointments. Easy access to Children’s Mercy and University Of Kansas Health Systems - Indian Hills. Just wish we didn’t have to pay for parking…when we had appointments first thing in the morning."

"It’s always beautiful ! We love staying in this place. Verbena is delicious and I love the market. The rooms are huge, so noises do reverberate, the bathrooms are giant also. The water pressure coming out of the shower head in our room wasn’t the best, but it’s all beautiful to look at. It would be helpful if there was a fan in the bathroom for noise (for the people who cannot sleep in dead silence) and to help with the steam. We will always be back for special occasions. "

"I know weather is bad, but I booked it because I had a restaurant and a bar and the restaurant closed because of the weather that was my biggest negative comments. I had to go somewhere for dinner. That was my only bulk other than breakfast was done by 9:30. They had already closed for the next day, which doesn’t seem Like it should’ve been closed that early."

"We had a nice stay at this property. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that were odd, though - dark scuff marks like from shoes on the ceiling of the room and white splatter marks on the wall in the bathroom. Both were pretty easily seen, so I was surprised they hadn't been cleaned well. The beds were comfortable, the building was quiet, and the staff were very friendly. "Was told the wrong hours for weekend breakfast so we ordered out. Our room key was disabled the next day when we went for breakfast for both of our rooms. They had to reissue which was annoying since nowhere near checkout time."
