We stayed in room 227. Avoid this room at all costs. Below are room was very loud radios and voices of people. We could hear them at all hours of the night. We found out that are room was above some radio control room which is why we would constantly hear these voices and radio sounds. We complained to the front desk, because it was indeed annoying, and couldn't switch rooms. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the wall unit thermostat wouldn't go above 69 degrees. Overall the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was just a huge inconvenience to be in a room with constant noise coming in and out of our room. The spa was out favorite place , the pool was a little dirty. The gym was small but fun, although one of the walking machines in the facility was broken.

It was a hot weekend for December so they issued fans since the temp in the room is remotely controlled. Weird. Why didn't they just remotely adjust the temp? Could NOT find my car keys and was late checking out. The attendant announced I had until 12 noon or I would be charged for another day. Really? The hotel was almost empty anyway.
