"This property is very spacious and nicely equipped in the kitchen . very nice dishes and cookware. Not the usual cheap cookware often seen on beach rentals. Every room had a closet plus dressers. Laundry in the unit was great. It is one of tje best moderately priced beach rentals I have ever visited and I have been vacationing in Avon NC for over 20 years. "Breakfast was fair. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Beach access was great. Would definitely stay again. "

"More parking, especially handicapped parking would be a great thing. You have one handicapped spot and there was a car there the entire time I was there and they didn't have a special plate or hang tag. I use a cane and am very unstable on my feet, that space would have been a God send. Also, the parking lot is not well lit so that made it even more stressful as I had to park out in the dark area and walk in the dark to get to the ramps where the lights are. This is a liability risk for you."

"So happy we found this motel at the last minute. Would stay again but request a room with sliding back door facing the beach. From our room it was only a couple minutes to the beach. Prefer queen size beds however we made it work with the full size beds. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Bring hair dryer or ask at desk if available(?). Walking distance to the pier and some restaurants. Close to Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"This is an older property but very well maintained. My room had an outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. There was direct beach access just a few feet from the hotel. The breakfast was not extensive but hot and good. "

"The bed was surprisingly comfortable! We always had hot water even tho 3 of us had to shower. More dishes and utensils would have been helpful, along with a dish cloth to clean them and a couple of hot pads. I would stay there again though. "
