The outdoor bar closing at 6pm in mid summer is just silly, forcing guests and staff to use the cellar bar seems another strange decision. "Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

"We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant. "

Great hotel in a quaint town.

"The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). There is parking available but not free. The staff did not make that clear. The parking spots are pretty small. The only downside was the lack of clear communication from all staff. "

"Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10"
