Good hostel

Good youth hostel (for what it is) but we booked the 8-bed room in the middle of a group of rowdy schoolchildren who had clearly not received enough beatings from their teachers, so they were quite loud. My family is a bit spoiled with 4-star hotels as well so I did this mainly to reset expectations. Breakfast was… underwhelming. Anyways, I recommend this if you are not expecting luxury.

Parfait en famille

Séjour agréable en famille, bon accueil, chambre propre et refaite recement, bonne literie pour une Auberge de jeunesse Je recommande. Manque juste des places de parking.

De passage pour la nuit Auberge de jeunesse donc on oublie le côté repos et hôtel Rien de décevant mais cela ne correspondait pas à mes attentes

Prettige accomodatie. Mooi pand, prima ontvangst en afhandeling check-in. Nette kamer en bed met prima matras. Douche en toilet waren nieuw. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Enige kritische noot is meer een advies nl. neem een handdoek op in het standaardarrangement. Net als je beddengoed wil je ook geen eigen handdoek meenemen als het voor kiest in een hostel te overnachten. Het was snel geregeld voor €1,50 maar het voelt alsof dat de dienstverlening nog verder verbeterd.

Ik kom al heel lang in de hostel. Het is er fijn, rustig, prachtige omgeving. Personeel is erg aardig en hulpvaardig. Zeker de moeite waard.

MYH ligger fint i skov-bjergområde i Ardennerne - et par km udenfor Malmedy. Et hostel med skrabede værelser - helt uden komfort: ikke bord, stole, hylder, opbevaring til bagage - fem personer i et rum betyder mange kufferter på gulvet. Ingen knagerækker så tøj kunne hænges efter brug. Ikke en hylde at lægge værditing, briller, punge, nøgler mm. Meget få stik-kontakter. Intet TV eller kogekande til kaffe, ingen kopper mm. Svingende Wifi signal på værelset - bedre i receptionsområdet. Sengene er udmærkede. Venligt og hjælpsom personale. Fedt udområde til morgenmaden... Meen....komforten burde være bedre...

De bedden moest je gewoon standaard zelf opmaken. We hadden een gezinskamer, maar je had alleen maar bedden, een wc en een badkamer waar je vanaf de vide in kon kijken. De kamer was niet schoon en er zaten diverse spinnen. Ook was het heel erg gehorig en alles was kaal en van harde materialen op de gang waardoor alles nog harder klonk. Het ontbijt was ook erg basic. Er waren alleen maar boterhammen. Geen croissants of harde broodjes. Echt te prijzig voor dit. Zal liever iets meer uitgeven voor een beter hotel.

Heerlijke ligging en enthousiaste ontvangst, lekker ontbijt inclusief en goede kamers, matrassen zouden iets beter kunnen maar het is betaalbaar dus niet klagen, wel wat lawaai snachts van andere vrolijke gasten, maar daar kan accommodatie niet veel aan doen.

Fint billigt overnatnings sted. Aftensmaden var virkelig dårlig. Hvordan man kan lykkes med at ødelægge en byg selv burger så meget kommer bag på mig. At brødet var købt er fint, men at det havde været i ovnen alt for længe og bøfferne var helt tørre og helt kugleformet og svære at komme i en burgerbrødet. Men selve stedet var fint til en billig overnatning og rent

Its a ok hostel, not a hotel.

The rooms at the the third floor have a relative small shower specially in height as you can't stand tall when you're plus 1,92 m. Further the room was clean, only out curtains were partly out of the rail when arrived. Breakfast in the morning was good. While the mail they had sent as confirmation contained misleading info about membership costs.
