"Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was a nice feature that was enjoyed by the kids. Included breakfast had a nice variety of hot options (eggs, sausages, beans, waffles). Donuts were warm and very good! Outlet mall is right across the street, there is also A&W, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons very close by. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it will be our first choice when we are in the area again. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very easy to take public transportation from the airport to the hotel. It has many restaurants around, and within walking distance to the parliament buildings. Room is spacious with full size fridge, stove. It made so convenient if you want to cook your own meals. Breakfast has lots of options, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausages and 4 types of breakfast sandwiches, also bread, muffins, waffles, bagels… The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, and accommodating. we were here for business trip. On the day to checkout, we realized that we were not able to return in time for the required checkout time, so I phoned the front desk, and they were kind enough to extend our checkout time from 11:00am to noon without hesitation. We were truly happy to stay here, and will definitely stay again when we return to Ottawa. "
