"Very convenient location if you’re visiting for skiing/snowboarding. There’s Can-Ski in the hotel and ski valet is complimentary for hotel guests and the Whistler village gondola is literally a minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was a bit outdated and two jacuzzis were too small to fit enough people. Had to wait to get a space to squeeze in the outdoor jacuzzi every day. "

"The Algonquin is a Signature resort but the poor service at check in puts everything in a poor light. We had made two separate reservation due to changing travel plans which we call ahead two days before to ensure we wouldnt have to move rooms mid stay. The front desk staff on checkin could not comprehend this simple request. The guest behind me had booked a cot 4 weeks earlier and they were force to have their teenager couch surf as that request was not honored despite it being paid for "
