"Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was a nice feature that was enjoyed by the kids. Included breakfast had a nice variety of hot options (eggs, sausages, beans, waffles). Donuts were warm and very good! Outlet mall is right across the street, there is also A&W, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons very close by. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it will be our first choice when we are in the area again. "

"Great stay within easy walking distance of the Jazz festival, tour of Parliament buildings, Rideau canal locks, and the Market. The service of the evening reception staff was helpful as we navigated the online check-in process. Booking at the last minute made the online check-in more challenging."
