"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "Great hotel! Super easy to get around to Disney (both parks via Monorail with bus provided by hotel). Visited Ikspiari many times for good food, but also enjoyed the food in the hotel as well. Le Jordin was awesome! Ate there for breakfast each morning. The staff were superb and seating was easy (via the virtual queue) and the food was delicious. Absolutely don't hold back on the waffles! :D The view from the room (sea view) was amazing... wanted to stay there all day but had too many plans...
