"The hotel design is incredible- I hadn't realised that the property had been a prison - unique and interesting and all decoration is to a high standard. Rooms are very comfortable. 1 downside- we arrived late after being delayed due to the most horrendous electrical storm and had called ahead to say we were going to be late and ask if the restaurant would still be open (or we would stop on the way). We were told that it would be open until 11. We eventually arrived at 10. We got food but the...
