"Great location in the Black forest with plenty of nice walking trails nearby. The rooms were spacious,thankfully we got moved to a nice wellness suite due to construcrion works. The pool area inside and outside is nice although we didn't spend much time there due to the construction work. The staff were friendly from reception to housekeeping until it came to our first night at dinner where it really depends on who is serving you. "Seems like a nice hotel with good

facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."
