"This property is nothing fancy but clean & great price. It has a good free breakfast! Big pool; we did not use. They have loungers & umbrellas on the beach & that was great! It is dog friendly also. There is no parking on the premises but we were able to park next door for $30 a day with 24 hour valet in& out! They were great!!!! "

"We stayed one night at the Kent Hotel to explore Miami Beach before flying home after a two week cruise. The location on Collins Avenue is excellent - the beach is literally round the corner. Collins is lined with lots of small hotels, cute restaurants, cafes and bars. The main shopping area (Lincoln) is a 10 minute walk.
