"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. "We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

"This is a large / mega hotel. Opposite to some of the smaller boutiques. Looks like it was built in the 80s with heavy wood furniture, carpeted rooms very large bath. It is generous for space but bed runs on the small side. Mattresses had a slope from wear. Very unfriendly electrical system with rigid switches (very late 1970s design). Outlets for modern phones tablets and computers were difficult to find and access. Flat screen TV was an after thought. Water pressure was great, breakfast more...

"What a great little hotel! We stayed for 5 days over new year and watched lanterns and fireworks from our balcony as it was located right near the main celebrations. Interconnecting room was perfect for travelling with two kids age 12 and 13. Staff were lovely and breakfast buffet was included each morning. Great location but still relatively quiet. Would choose this place again for sure. My son also accidentally left his reading glasses behind and staff have been so responsive and helpful getting them to DHL for return! Excellent customer service! Khop khun lag Sleep Mai? Thapae team! Sawasdee pee mai kah!"

"A true to form Melia hotel. Staff was very kind, room was very stunning with great views. The hotel is well situated to key items especially the sunday night market which was amazing. The tom yum soup from room service was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best ive ever had. Staff can be a little slow on responding to requests. We had to ask twice for laundry bags. The bathroom had a very unkind smell which we reported, i believe the cleaner came when we stepped out but the smell did not leave."
