"The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide selection to choose from; I ate an American breakfast and my wife ate mostly Japanese dishes. "Had a wonderful stay. I booked the premium room with queen bedin the central building, Room was big, very comfortable. Fairly well insulated for noise. Aircon worked well. The toilet was spacious and there was ample hot water with very good water pressure, blackout curtains could be better at blocking out sunlight in the mornings, but it wasn’t that big a problem for me, I would recommend a stay at this hotel. "

"Upon arrival the staff kindly informed us of our forwarded luggage from the previous hotel. Which was already placed in our room. Upon entry we noticed 1 piece of luggage was missing. I want to thank the staff of Dogo Yaya for their hard work in getting the luggage to our hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Service was amazing. The onsen facilities around the hotel were good and the hotel provided the necessary clothes and towels. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which we enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying in Matsuyama. Next time I will consider booking a night extra, 1 day was too short. "

"Trams running from across the street all day and night. Walking distance to the Castle. Shopping Mall just around the corner. Bars and clubs 2 minutes walk around from the hotel. Beautiful Japanese breakfast every morning included. Room and facility was so clean. Towels changed daily. "
