The hotel is really well located, near the city's shopping district. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The bath is really nice, and the view of the city is beautiful. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel if I get the chance.

First impressions- lobby is stylish and staff super friendly… Second impressions- filthy….Our room was full of a thick layer of dust-the bed head, bedside lamps, even the light switches on bed head-caked with dust…. Under the bed has years worth of dust-absolutely appalling. I had to wipe everything down as it was so thick and our heads were right up against the low bedhead whilst sleeping. There should be yearly deep cleaning at the very least-obviously never done. Also, it seems to cut on costs they’re super sparse on tea/coffee supplies- you get 2 mugs in the room and nothing else-there are bathroom amenities at the lobby and some green tea bags. No coffee machine in lobby…. Bathroom is old-sink is in very worn scratched condition and very small bathroom. Room is small, 17sq-but we expected that. Also, there is an issue with condensation on the windows in winter-it drips all over the window sill and is damaged with what seems like mould stains. Although location was convenient- we will never stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Next to a mile long covered shoppkng street that contects to another covered street that ends at the local train station. On the street with a street ca that goes to Dogo Onsen,Castle is a short walk away to take the cable car. Breakfast was good, had a mens and womens onsen. The front desk is on the top floor. Our room was quiet

The room was small for 3 people. We booked for 3 people but there were only 2 pillows and we had to go to the front desk to get another one. The bed was also small for 3 people. The toilet tank and the seat were dirty. I don't usually see that, but there was no place to put my clothes when I showered, so I was checking how clean the toilet was to put my clothes, and there was a lot of hair on the back of the toilet. It was a bad experience.
