I booked with Expedia and the rate paid was not honored once I arrived at the front desk. I was highly disappointed as the hotel staff made me wait four hours with my two kids and elderly father. And only allowed me to check in after having me pay an additional amount outside of what was agreed booking through Expedia. This was fraud.

The last 2 days of my stay the water was cold. The light went for approximately 1 hour one evening, I guess the electricity pumps the water, therefore no light no water. The food was lukewarm.

Overall the resort was great. I only have two suggestions. Offer a food venue that is open all hours. If you miss the times for breakfast lunch or dinner there isn’t any food available if you’re hungry. The other thing is the volume of the DJ during events was WAY too loud. It actually hurt your ears. I’m all about fun and music but when it hurts your ears it isn’t enjoyable. Otherwise it is great

It was a great stay. However, we did lose electricity for over an hour one day of our stay and also for about 10 minutes another day of our stay. Parking is far, they should consider shuttles to the parking lot from the lobby.

The staff was amazing, the surroundings areas were clean and well kept. However, the bathroom in our room did not have a door, instead there was a shower curtain. It was a big inconvenience but other than that, it was a good stay.

My room leaked for three days floor, wet inside and outside front of door had to change my shirt every time they did resolve the problem, but it was last day of my stay. I took pictures and I did go to that front desk every day other than that, everything else was good.

Ugh, where do I even begin?! My family and I just got back from the most disappointing vacation at the "Paradise" All-Inclusive Resort, and I'm still fuming about the whole experience. Let me tell you, the food was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I'm not even exaggerating. We're talking lukewarm buffets with mystery meat, soggy pizza that's been sitting out for hours, and "gourmet" restaurants that served up bland, uninspired dishes. And don't even get me started on the "signature" cocktails that tasted like they were made with bottom-shelf liquor. I'm not a picky eater, but even I was grossed out by the lack of quality and variety. And it's not like we were expecting Michelin-star cuisine or anything, but come on, this is an all-inclusive resort! You'd think they'd at least try to serve up some decent grub. But nope, the food was a total disaster. And the worst part is, we paid top dollar for this "luxury" vacation. I'm talking thousands of dollars, folks. Thousands. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this resort to my worst enemy. The food is a total deal-breaker, and the whole experience was just a huge letdown. Save your money, people. Trust me, you won't be missing out on anything. One star from me, and that's being generous.

The property is nice and has a good amount of activities. I did not like that there was no lotion in my room. Housekeeping informed me that they no longer supply lotion and it is given upon request. I also did not like having to request for replenishment on body wash and hand wash 3 to 4 times after having waited 30 minuties for housekeeping to come and replenish. An all inclusive hotel should have the basic, common things aa such already in the rooms. It is nice that the room has a bar and your refrigerator is stocked daily with water, soda, beer. Coffee is also replenished daily!!!! I love that coconut water is included in our package; the men dressed in green will chop it so you can consume right out of the coconut!
