"The only thing that let it down was the fact we waited for over 20 minutes for the lift, to get down, one morning!"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Liked the multiple dining options available. Adults only area was nice, we spent most of our time here. Room was simple, bathtub was a bit in the way. Bathroom garage placement was weird. Outdoor patio furniture was nice, and the ability to walk around by the beach just off your patio was easy and a nice option. We enjoyed the extra seating at the bar just off the adult pool area by the Koro restaurant. The spa was nice, have a great couples...

"On weekdays evenings (especially Friday) the pub in the square opposite played loud thumping music that was audible even in my ninth floor room. At least it stopped at 11:00 pm. Surrounding area was a bit more run down but not too bad. It was really well placed for Circular Quays and the transport hubs. Rooms adequate in size, very well maintained and cleaned. Very nice hotel."

"Stay was great, very clean and great location in The Rocks. Only problem was after getting off the elevator, we had to navigate four pieces of luggage down several additional steps to enter our room. Not fun when you are handicapped and suitcases are full because we are going on a cruise departing from Sydney. It was definitely different than any other hotel we have stayed in previously. Did enjoy happy hour in the lobby!"

"Staff friendly and walking distance to everything you need"

"We had a great relaxing stay at the facility. There is only a couple of things I woud point out. As a new shanghai la member, i wasnt aware that i was entitled to discount at the restaurant. And even though I gave the front desk my number on the receipt system at the restaurant the discount didnt appear. I only became aware when i checked out. Also even though the restaurant were great the varity was minimal. The buffet had great variety however, for someone who isn't s big eater definitely...

"Great place. Great price. Great location. Both the east and west pools were great and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff were wonderful. Shower didnt drain well and pressure was inconsistent. Overall, the hotel was awesome and would highly recommend "

"Reasonable, cleaning service is fast available anytime. Sales staff at JP stores very friendly and helpful. Guam Plaza is always my favorite place to stay while visiting Guam whether for work or vacation. "
