Nusa Tenggara hotel rooms a the Independent

"Way overpriced. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. No hair dryer. Inadequate coffee and no creamer in room. Shuttle didn’t pick up at airport. Only 2 pillows for a “deluxe double” bed. Complimentary breakfast was leftover food from night before. This room should have been priced at $30 per night, I paid $138. Total rip-off "

"I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. My first stop in Indonesia was Jakarta. I am a single female traveler, and must always be aware of my situations. There, I was swarmed by at least 50 taxi drivers. I said no so many times and they...

"Amazing expereince and extremely social hostel. I would recommend if you are looking for a social/party based hostel but still want your own privacy. The only thing is that the showers only had cold water so that sucked. Also the bed tends to get REALLY heated at nighttime because the AC isn't strong enough. But otherwise really good restaurant at the rooftop and good facilities. "
