"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. Hotel is older but clean & looks to be going through a refurb...

"Rooms and hotel in general is in need of maintenance. TV reception is poor, meaning the picture is crap. Housekeeping isn't done regularly as per advertisement. When housekeeping is done, they often forget to leave new towels, toilet paper etc."

"All good, great choice to stay here. Currently 4 months in operation, few teething problems and staff readiness issues are there, but give them 2 more months. Restaurant food should go delicious and hearty and forgo pretentiousness. A beautiful hotel like this should not place fake plastic plants in any corner. All the best! "
