Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Paula is a true asset to the Gravity Haus team, and her outstanding presence is a primary reason I will return."

"It was an incredible stay! We were so pleasantly surprised by its rustic x modern look. It was clean and accommodated all our needs: hot tubs, fire pits, corn hole, a restaurant, a bar, readily accessible water and ice… and the views were INCREDIBLE!! highly recommend booking a mountain view room. Overall, we loved it and would recommend to anyone!"
